Although parrots (Birds) vocalize so many types of sounds and some are so much experts in mimicking human voices but it’s a fact that parrots do not have vocal cords .

Parrots (Birds) don’t have a sound producing organ, vocal cord, that is present in humans but they have a special kind of structure known as Syrinx. This Syrinx is located at the base of trachea and birds expel out air from syrinx in a special pattern to produce different sounds.
